The Wholesome Parent
Embracing Kingdom strategies to nurture your spirit, soul, and body for the role of parenting.

“Wholeness is God’s original design for mankind, and it involves being healthy in your spirit (spirit care), soul (soul care), and body (body care). We can become wholesome parents when we learn to prioritize what’s inside above what’s on the outside.”

Tamara Ajasa
Wholeness Coach
“Now, may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
I Thessalonians 5:23 (NKJV)

About Tamara Ajasa
Tamara Ajasa is a seasoned writer within the parenting niche, a parenting practitioner, a prenatal and postnatal fitness specialist, a nutritionist, and a wholeness coach for women.
In a short span of time, Tamara has re-invented herself and is an emerging voice in health and the wholesome parenting space. She has devoted over twelve years to her passion for "wholeness of the woman-being," which has led her to work with several girls, women, and moms; mentoring, coaching, and guiding them to become whole – a state of being complete and thriving spiritually, emotionally/mentally and physically.
As a mom of four children, all born within six years, Tamara has become a veteran of early motherhood care and is an advisor to new and young moms. Working from home as a coach and a writer has allowed Tamara to be very hands-on in parenting her four children, one of whom was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Tamara has curated Kingdom strategies to help parents overcome the constant overwhelm of parenting and guide young moms to move from simply surviving to fully thriving in motherhood.
Tamara is an advocate of positive living. As such, she recently released her first published book titled Words Are Seeds: A Scripture-based Affirmations Book for Families to Create and Manifest Their World.
In her free time, Tamara leads a global group of women in The Purple Room on the evenbetter.app platform. She also works with Moms and Cradles Nigeria, a group that offers prenatal and postnatal care specifically aimed at helping new moms transition into motherhood. Tamara lives with her loving husband and four children in Lagos, Nigeria.
